Shelia considers herself a native of Oxford. Born in Mountain View, Arkansas, she moved to Oxford at a very young age. After moving away to start a family, Shelia returned to Oxford to raise her two boys among friends and family. Prior to joining Tannehill Carmean, Shelia served as Deputy Clerk for the Lafayette County Justice Court in Oxford, Mississippi focusing on misdemeanor and felony filings. She joined the firm in September 2018 as Jay Carmean’s paralegal.
