MASEP & VIP Class Contact Information
In order to meet the requirements of Mississippi’s DUI Non-Adjudication statute, a individual must complete both the Mississippi Alcohol Safety Education Program (MASEP)and Victim’s Impact Panel sponsored by Mother’s Against Drunk Driving.
For those charged in Oxford, Mississippi –
MASEP classes are from 6:30 – 9:30 pm at the Oxford Middle School (409 Washington Avenue). The original Court Order and check or money order payable to MASEP in the amount of $190.00 must be taken to the first class, or you will not be allowed to attend. If for some reason you miss a class or are late for a class, you will be forced to repeat the entire four (4) classes. Should you miss a class or need to reschedule dates, call the number on the Order (1-800-678-2534 or 662-325-3423).
VIP class can be taken online and also meets in person at the Oxford Police Department (715 Molly Barr Road). The class begins at 7 p.m., but the Order entered by the Court states that you must be there by 6:30 p.m. to register. You have to take $50.00 in a money order (they do not accept cash or checks) and the original Order (not a copy) from the Court ordering you to attend this class. At the conclusion of the class, they will stamp the original Order to signify that you have completed the course. If you have any problems (missing a class, cannot find the location, etc.) call 1.601.982.5668 ext. 2854 or email MS.State@madd.org.
