Tina Barkley, an experienced debt collector, was hired in November of 2006 to head up the law firm’s debt collection department. Tina joined Tannehill & Associates, PLLC in April of 2005. When Tannehill & Carmean, PLLC decided to relocate the collections department to the main office, Tina joined the team as Director of Collections. Prior to joining Tannehill & Associates, PLLC, Tina was the Director of Admissions at Blue Mountain College, located in Blue Mountain, Mississippi.

Having been raised in Calhoun County, Tina lived in Derma, Mississippi until she began Blue Mountain College in the Fall of 1988. After graduating from Blue Mountain College, Tina taught school in New Albany, Mississippi for 5 years before becoming Director of Admissions at her alma mater in 2000.

Tina and her husband, Jeff, are the proud parents of sons Jonathan and James Morgan. They call Ingomar home and are active members of Ingomar Baptist Church.

Tina’s philosophy on debt collection:

"I truly believe that those going through financial difficulties have the right to maintain their dignity, therefore I strive to treat others as I would want to be treated."
